Responsible for ensuring the availability, accessibility, and quality of health services across all levels of care. It develops and implements standards, guidelines, and models for service delivery healthcare facilities. The division supports the integration of health services within the city-wide health systems, strengthens the implementation of essential health service packages, and monitors the performance of health facilities to ensure they meet national quality and safety standards. It also provides technical assistance to LGU and health providers to improve service efficiency and patient outcomes.
